Terms of service

ProDose is a personal record-keeping web app operated at prodosetracker.com. It lets you record therapies, protocols, doses, check-ins and related notes, and it provides arithmetic tools such as concentration and syringe-unit calculations and estimated level charts based on values you enter.

By creating an account or using ProDose you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ProDose is a record-keeping and arithmetic tool. It does not provide medical advice, does not recommend any treatment, dose, schedule or change, and does not diagnose or prevent any condition. Calculators and estimated level charts are arithmetic estimates computed from values you enter — they can be wrong if the inputs are wrong. Always follow the instructions of your prescriber or clinician, and consult them with any questions about your treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in this app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ProDose. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity on your account. The records you enter are yours; you can export or delete them at any time.

ProDose is offered as a subscription — monthly, quarterly or annual. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan is charged automatically when the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Moving to a longer plan takes effect immediately with the unused part of your current plan credited; moving to a shorter plan takes effect at your next renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for time already used; if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at prodosetracker@gmail.com and we will make it right.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to access another person’s account or records, no interfering with or disrupting the service, no scraping or bulk extraction, and no using the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Our handling of your information is described in the privacy policy. Photos and documents you attach stay on your device. You can request a full export or deletion of your account data from Settings at any time.

We work to keep ProDose available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Reminders in the web app only work while the app is open and visible on your screen — never rely on them as your only prompt for time-sensitive medication. We may update features over time; we will not remove the ability to export your records while your account is active.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProDose is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decisions made about your health. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the United States, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use ProDose after a change means you accept the updated terms.
