Who we are
ProDose (“ProDose”, “we”, “us”) is a personal record-keeping web app for tracking therapies, doses, check-ins and related notes, available at prodosetracker.com. You can reach us at any time at prodosetracker@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account details. Your email address and sign-in credentials, used to create and protect your account.
Records you enter. Therapies, protocols, doses, check-ins, weight and other metrics, journal notes, lab results and supply details you choose to record. These belong to you.
Support messages. If you contact us through the app or by email, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Subscription status. Whether your subscription is active, trialing or cancelled, and which plan you are on. We never see or store your card number — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe.
What stays on your device
Photos and documents you attach to entries never leave the device that added them — they are not uploaded to our servers. A copy of your records is also kept in your browser’s local storage so the app loads quickly and works offline; signing out clears that copy.
How your records are stored
Your records are stored in a cloud database tied to your account. Every request is checked against your signed-in account so that no other account can read or change your records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. This is not end-to-end encryption: our systems process your records in order to store and sync them for you.
Our staff cannot browse your health records. Administrative tools show account and subscription information only, and staff actions are recorded in an audit trail.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your records with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies. We do not use your health records for advertising, profiling or research. Your payment provider receives only what is needed to process your payment — never your protocols, doses, notes, photos or lab results.
Cookies and local storage
We use the browser’s local storage only to keep you signed in and to keep an offline copy of your records on your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can export your records at any time from Settings — as a full encrypted backup or as spreadsheet files. You can correct or delete individual entries in the app, delete all of your records from Settings, or delete your entire account and everything in it yourself from Settings. Deleting your account is immediate and permanent: your records are removed and any trial or subscription is cancelled. Any copies you exported remain under your control.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your records remain available to export afterwards.
The in-app assistant
If you use the assistant, your questions are sent to an external AI provider so it can answer. To make answers relevant, a short summary of your own recorded information — such as the therapies and schedules you track — may be sent with your question. Do not type anything into the assistant that you would not want processed by that provider.
The assistant is optional: if you never open it, nothing from your records is sent to an AI provider. It does not give medical advice, and it cannot change your records.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate the service: cloud hosting and database infrastructure to store your account and records, Stripe to process payments, email delivery for sign-in and account messages, and an AI provider that answers questions you ask the in-app assistant. Each provider processes only what it needs to provide its service to us.
Data retention
We keep your records for as long as your account exists so they are there when you come back. If you delete your account, your cloud records are deleted with it. Billing records may be retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.
Children
ProDose is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect.
